Audio Enhancer
Improve the balance of a recording with explicit audio controls. Adjust level, filter rumble or high-frequency noise, apply a gentle gate and compare the original and result at matched volume.

How to use Audio Enhancer
- Choose a recording or a video with sound.
- Start with the defaults. Use modest adjustments and compare the original with the result at matched volume.
- Listen to the full result before downloading. Filtering can reduce some noise; it cannot recover missing sound or isolate voices with AI.
What you can do with this tool
- Reduce low-frequency rumble in a speech recording.
- Adjust a quiet recording’s level and smooth its start and finish before export.
Settings that make a difference
- Make modest changes and listen at matched volume. Louder playback alone is not proof of better quality.
- A high gate threshold can cut quiet speech as well as noise. Back it off if syllables disappear.
- Normalization can offset your gain setting. Turn it off when you want to compare the direct effect of gain. MP3 exports leave encoding headroom.
Common questions
Is this an AI voice isolation tool?
No. It uses gain, normalization, filters and a noise gate. It cannot reconstruct missing sound or separate a voice from every background.
Can it remove all background noise?
No. Filters can reduce some frequency ranges and gating can reduce quiet passages. Noise that overlaps speech may remain, and strong settings can damage the recording.
Why does increasing gain not always make the result louder?
Normalization adjusts the final loudness and the peak limiter controls excessive peaks. Disable normalization to compare gain directly, then listen for flattened dynamics.

The editor writes media to a local worker. No media upload endpoint, analytics or ad scripts are implemented. Automated request checks verify no media uploads on the tested processing paths. Cancel terminates the worker; reset releases preview URLs.
